Who Is Kaseeq?
Kaseeq is a Salvadoran singer-songwriter based in the United States. His music grew from a relationship with the guitar that began in childhood and from a musical curiosity that has led him to explore pop, ballads, bossa nova, and folk- and country-inspired sounds.
His songs have one thing in common: they tell stories. Sometimes they speak of love and memory; other times they turn to humor, imagination, or unexpected situations. From the intimacy of Honto to the wordplay of La Hipotenusa, Kaseeq seeks to turn small stories into melodies that stay in the memory.
As a songwriter, he also creates music for other artists and creative projects, guided by a simple premise that sums up the way he understands music:
